Miley's dancer announces she's off to Detroit! To film a video?

Miley’s dancer Bianca tweeted about going to Detroit so it's rumored Miley will be filming her ‘Who Owns My Heart’ video either today or tomorrow.

Her other dancer Jen also said on Facebook that she’s also going to Detroit today.
