Miley Cyrus' 17th Birthday Party Theme

Miley has already set the theme of her 17th birthday party. During an interview on Ryan Seacrest's radio show, Miley revealed that she wants a party inspired by country singer Dolly Parton. Miley said that Dolly is one of her idols and that the party will be lots of fun.
"I want to make it at a nice place and play all the songs by Dolly Parton. I also want everyone to dress in their favorite looks from Dolly" - Miley said.
