According to @DisneyStarFacts (who confirmed Demi to be attending PCA before PCA did) Miley may be in attendance and also a "suprise" presenter at the awards on Wednesday 6th Jan.
The event is taking place in Los Angeles, and Miley is nominated for 3 awards.
The source said: "People Choice Awards 2010 has not mentioned anything about the Presenter, but Miley Cyrus might be the "OMG" Surprise."
