Miley Cyrus was spotted earlier today (9/6/10) looking stunning as usual, in the passenger seat of a red Tesla roadster electric car, which costs over $129,000, for a video/photo shoot in L.A. Miley had her makeup crew and assistants on hand, wearing a beautiful beige dress with a belt and fierce platform strappy heels. It's being said that this was the scene of a videoshoot for a new single!
