Miley Cyrus will be donating blood for World Blood Day

Miley Cyrus was happy to share that she will be helping out the world on world blood day, and is also encouraging others who are at least 17 to do the same. Since she is a Red Cross ambassador, she will also donate blood on June 14th, which world blood day is on. Miley Cyrus took to her blog on her official website to tell her millions of fans and even went as far to ask those who are not 17 to ask anyone who is or older to donate.

I think that is a great cause, millions of people need a blood transfer every day around the world, and blood is almost always in a shortage. I think that this is one case that Miley Cyrus is doing good in and I am hoping that her fans will follow her example on the 14th. We need to spread the word about it much more effectively and often. By doing this promotion, she is saving lives.
