The idea of Miley playing Carrie in her high school years was suggested some years ago for the first time by the creator Candace Bushnell of “Sex and the City.” The author claimed that the actress and singer of 17 years of age will be appropriate to portray columnist in a movie based on his latest book “Carrie Diaries.”
