Miley Cyrus: Party In The USA Preview Tonight!

Miley Cyrus feeds her sweet tooth with a bite of ice cream as she and some friends stroll in downtown Seattle earlier last week.

After doing a little window shopping at the H&M store, the 16-year-old starlet performed in front of a sold-out crowd in Tacoma, Washington later that night. A couple days later, Miley performed with Sheryl Crow at VH1’s Divas concert.

A sneak peek of Miley’s new video for hit single, “Party In The USA", will premiere TONIGHT during Dancing With The Stars @ 8PM ET/PT on ABC.
