Miley Cyrus' new single 'Can't Be Tamed' had the highest debut on Billboard's Digital Songs chart. The song came in at No. 4 with 191,000. It's her second-best debut sales week for a download, following 'Party in the USA' which entered at No. 1 on Digital Songs last August with 226,000.
