Rap-Up have confirmed that Timbaland's new album Shock Value 2 will officially drop on November 24. Confirmed collaborators on the project include Justin Timberlake, Lady GaGa, Shakira, Kings of Leon, Miley Cyrus, Daughtry, The Fray, and Paramore. The first single will drop later this month, and will feature Timbalands new French artist SoShy.
